Upendra is a veteran in Project Management and Structural Engineering with over 25 years of hands-on experience. Under his leadership Gensys has grown into a stellar enterprise with projects across national and international geographies.
In the early stages of his career he worked with reputed organizations such as Tata Consulting Engineers, Military Engineer Services (affiliated with the Indian Army) and Gatecity. Over the years, he has played an influential role in a number of notable projects, right from residential, commercial and industrial spaces to high profile projects in sectors like aviation, nuclear, hydropower, chemical and petrochemical. During his stint in the United States, he worked on various construction projects that included condominiums, parking decks, stadiums, water treatment plants, schools and commercial buildings.
Upendra is known for his ingenuity and pioneering nature. He is a registered professional recognized by Pune Municipal Corporation and Institution of Engineers, India. In addition to being the Director, he is an active member of various institutions like Institute of Engineers, Indian Society of Structural Engineers and Association of Consulting Civil Engineers.

Aniruddha is an inspiring leader with admirable qualities. He has over two decades of valuable experience in Project Management and Structural Engineering Solutions. Prior to his stint as director, he created a significant impact at Tata Consulting Engineers and Gatecity.
He has been instrumental in building and scaling the business. He has spearheaded residential, commercial, infrastructural and industrial projects across sectors. He has also worked on a number of projects in the USA focusing on condominiums, parking decks, stadiums, water treatment plants, schools and commercial spaces.
Aniruddha holds an illustrious academic record, topping the post-graduation examinations of Pune University and securing second place in COEP at graduation. He is a registered professional recognized by Pune Municipal Corporation and Institution of Engineers, India. He also devotes his time as an active member of Institute of Engineers, Indian Society of Structural Engineers, Association of Consulting Civil Engineers, Rotary International and TiE among others.
